1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The product is not a customized or personalized item.
  • The return is initiated due to a genuine issue such as damage, defect, or incorrect product received.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Contact Us: Email us at hello@loomixindia.com or WhatsApp +917015874329 within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide Details: Share your order number and images & video of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  • Attention: Please retain a proof of the postage until the refund has been processed.

  • Approval & Return Process: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  • Wallet Refund or Exchange:
    • Exchange: A replacement product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.
    • Wallet Refund: Instead of a cash refund, the refund amount will be credited to your Loomix Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
4. Refund Policy (Wallet Credit Only)
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as a Loomix Wallet balance instead of a cash refund.
  • Wallet credits can be used for any future purchases on our website.
  • Wallet credits do not expire and can be used anytime.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Important Notes
  1. Return shipping costs: If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  2. Processing time: Exchange and wallet refunds are processed within [X] business days after we receive the returned product.
